The 30 Day Shred by Jillian Michaels is an amazing price right now – barely over $7! This exercise DVD has 3 levels so you get eased into a really intense work-out. This DVD is how I lost my baby weight! Each work-out is only 20 minutes so it is great for busy moms. You don’t need a lot of supplies – just hand weights and maybe a mat. $7 for a great work-out is amazing and much better than spending $50 a month on a gym you might never get to. If you put effort into it – the 30 Day Shred will help you lose weight and get in better shape.
